- Returns must arrive back at Gloria Jewel within 14 days
- When shipping items back to Gloria Jewel please allow 7 days for transit
- Merchandise must not show evidence of wear alteration or washing
- Merchandise must have all tags attached
- Sale items may not be returned
- Swimwear may not be returned
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- Gloria Jewel is not responsible for risk of loss or any additional fees or charges associated with international shipping
- Gloria Jewel will not cover shipping charges if a package is refused by the customer
- Qualifying returns received within 14 days will be credited back to the card used for purchase
- Returns that do not qualify for credit may be returned back to the purchaser at their own expense
- Refunds and the 14 day return period are only applicable to merchandise purchased on gloriajewel.com
- Merchandise purchased at Gloria Jewel stores may be exchanged for items of equal value and/or store credit within 10 days of purchase only
shipping policy
- Gloria Jewel is not responsible for customs or import duties on international shipments
- Shipments are sent out Monday through Friday, orders received after noon on Friday will be shipped out on Monday regardless of method chosen
- Once international shipments have left the US it is not always possible to track them unless sent via high priority shipping method
- Gloria Jewel is not responsible for shipping fees on returns
